- Assistance in defining bidding strategies through a comprehensive analysis of tender specifications, organisation and HR models, and economic feasibility analyses;

SUPPORT DURING THE START-UP PHASE OF AN ASSIGNMENT
CHECKS DURING SERVICE EXECUTION
Following the award and the project launch, TEK Consulting offers its clients ongoing project management support, providing monitoring activities through direct interaction with the personnel assigned by both the client company and the contracting authority.
Below are some of the activities proposed:
- Supporting the assignment project manager;
- Verifying and analysing documents to confirm the technical and administrative compliance of products/services prior to their takeover;
- Validating against the initial inventory;
- Conducting periodic on-site audits to directly assess alignment between the specifications, the submitted project and operational procedures for service management;
- Reviewing any discrepancies in project forecasts and, where applicable, workplace conditions from a safety perspective, including checks on facility maintenance, presence of emergency lighting systems, and proper marking of escape routes; inspecting safeguards for moving parts and confined spaces (access, ventilation);
- Collaborating with the client in distributing evaluation forms and questionnaires to monitor KPIs and SLAs;
- Performing periodic checks on the overall progress and performance of the assignment.
